She will send an application / request to the consulate in China requesting an appointment. This request goes electronically. Once THAT date is set, the Provence where Xiao Yue is needs a weeks notice for us to come. Sooooo, we hope to know travel dates by the end of this coming week.
The chances of us leaving in ten days is very, very slim. (it would be best for us though with child care needs). Realistically, it will be us leaving in two weeks. BUT, it could be longer than that. Again, it out there in the universe waiting for answers.
This is getting crazy exciting!!!!!!!

Crossing my fingers for a quick travel time for your family. I got my travel approval on a Monday and traveled that Friday. It was a whirlwind, but so worth it.
Hoping you get it soon. Here we have to wait 6 - 8 weeks after refferal, so we have known all the way wich date we are leaving for China
