If I was with her I would give her cupcakes like this, kisses and hugs, and wishes for a wonderful year.
Xiaoyue is officially one! Her birthday is August 11 and it is well into the morning of her special day in China. I hope something special is done for her. We will celebrate when she gets home. So very much to celebrate......
